What does the experience involve?
Your fundraiser brings teams together for a hosted outdoor target-sport experience. Groups move between stations and take turns at the challenges. During planning, our team will explain the activities, equipment, safety guidance, and participant suitability. Carts provide transportation between stations; they are not a separate trail-riding attraction.
Can first-time participants join in?
Yes. First-timers are welcome. Tell us about your group so we can discuss safety guidance, equipment, host support, and participant suitability before the event.
How do team entries and sponsorships work together?
You can offer individual tickets and teams of four, then include a chosen number of tickets in sponsorship packages. Sponsors share those tickets with their guests. Account for the cost of those tickets in your package pricing.
What will our event cost?
Costs depend on the event format, participant count, and arrangements you choose. Contact our team for event pricing and help with the details. The sponsorship examples above are illustrative, with no fixed prices.
